A deposit of 50% must accompany all reservations. We recommend reserving very early to assure a cottage of your choice. Reservations 30 days or more before the arrival date will be held 3 days pending receipt of deposit.
If deposit is not received, reservation will be automatically cancelled. We accept cash, cashier’s check, money orders, travelers checks, personal or business checks received 30 days prior to arrival, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ARRIVAL. Credit cards used for the deposit must remain on the card used and may not be refunded for other forms of payment.
For reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, a credit card must be used and processed at time of reservation. For returning guests wanting to reserve a year ahead, please call. All reservations require a $200.00 refundable deposit via Credit Card at check in.
If cancellation is made 30 days (60 days in season) or more before arrival date and the cottage is rebooked for the full reservation, your deposit will be refunded less 25% service charge. Deposit is forfeited if reservation dates are not rebooked for full reservation. If a cancellation is made 30 days or less before arrival date, payment in full will be due unless reservation is rebooked or arrangements have been made in advance with management. Sorry, no refund for early departure, late arrival, or acts of mother nature.
Check-in time after 4:30 p.m. For security purposes, if anyone may be arriving before you, please call our office to have their name added to your reservation. Payment in full is due upon arrival, only one payment will be accepted for the balance due. If collecting payments from other members of your party, please do so prior to arrival. No personal or business checks will be accepted on arrival. For late evening arrivals, directions to unit will be placed on office door, payment will be due the following morning. We do not recommend bringing/buying perishable or frozen items on check-in days in summer. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
Cottages are rated for the number of persons listed (see rate list). No extra persons allowed in a unit above the number listed. Portable cribs available for $4.95 per day, $20.00 weekly. High chairs available for $3.95 per day, $15.00 weekly. Note: We cannot guarantee the comfort of sofa sleepers/futons when used as a bed.
All covered docks are lighted and have electrical outlets.

Sorry, We Do Not Furnish:
Towels, wash cloths, dish towels, paper towels, napkins, tissues, maid service, soap, coffee filters, salt & pepper shakers and in-room phones.
(Towels are provided for members of Lakeview Vacation Club & R.C.I. exchange weeks only).
As much as we love pets, due to sanitary and health conditions, we do not allow pets in any cottage at any time of the year. There are no exceptions. Violators of this policy will be charged an automatic $100.00 fine and asked to kennel their pet or to leave with no refund.
The Outdoor Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day. The Fitness Room, Game Room, Indoor Pool Complex including the Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna and Laundromat are open April thru October.
All units Non-Smoking, violators are subject to $250.00 cleaning fee
